PAI FAI Unismuh Makassar Holds "Sinta 2" Dissemination, Reinforces Excellent and Adaptive Campus in the Digital Era

Makassar — Universitas Muhammadiyah (Unismuh) Makassar continues to prove itself as an excellent and relevant university with the times. This is reflected through the Sinta 2 Dissemination Activities organized by the Department of Islamic Education (PAI), Faculty of Islamic Studies (FAI) on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at the FAI International Classroom, 4th Floor of the Iqra Tower.

This prestigious academic activity featured Aulia Azmat Sadik (Student ID: 105191113021) presenting the results of her research entitled “The Effect of Social Media on Religious Behavior, Social Interaction, and Mental Health of Students in Islamic Education in the Digital Age.” The research comprehensively examines the influence of social media on the religious behavior, social interaction, and mental health of students in Islamic education in the digital age.

This achievement further strengthens the academic quality of the PAI Program at the FAI of Unismuh Makassar. Aulia Azmat Sadik is recorded as the second student to successfully complete her studies through a non-thesis completion path. This achievement is a concrete proof that Unismuh Makassar applies a system of education that is innovative, adaptive, and quality-oriented, while also providing students with the opportunity to develop optimally.

The Sinta 2 Dissemination activities were attended by lecturers, program directors, and active students, creating a dynamic and inspiring academic atmosphere. The presence of active students is especially expected to serve as a source of motivation for them to follow in the footsteps of their seniors in completing their studies on time with high-quality scientific work.
